Cafe Manager – ACT

We are looking for  a Cafe Manager to look after one of our cafes located in Deakin.

We are a national company with cafes in ACT, Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.

Hours:  Monday to Friday  7am to 4 pm

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Be a gun Barista
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve the customer experience
• Maintain hygiene, quality, safety and presentation of the Cafe

A little about You:

• Must have previous full-time experience running a Cafe
• Possess amazing customer service
• Very strong all-round cafe and barista skills
• Must be able to speak fluent English in order to engage with customers
• A strong work ethic and desire to be successful (being a national company we offer opportunities for advancement.
