Cafe
Zouki aims to minimise food wastage by holding small par levels of stock at site level and ordering fresh daily. All Zouki sites have minimum storage capacity allowing on average 90% of perishable ingredients to be consumed quickly and efficiently by forecasting our 4-week rotation menu that automatically manages the ordering requirements and capacities of food stuffs required to produce daily.
We value feedback from our cafe customers and are committed to providing the best possible experience. Customers can share their feedback or suggestions with our staff in person, through contact us on our website or by contacting our customer service team directly. Regrettably, we are unable to deliver food directly to patients in the wards due to hospital policy. However, you are welcome to visit our cafes and take items back to your ward yourself.
