Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm (Flexibility required)

Are you a hands-on, positive, and customer-focused professional with a passion for hospitality? Zouki is seeking a dedicated and organized Catering & Administration Officer to join our team. This is a vital role where you will support the Administration and Catering Manager and become proficient in all aspects of our catering operations, with the potential to step in when the manager is absent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Catering & Events: Prepare catering quotations via phone and email and use the Foodstorm catering software for quotations and invoices. Assist with deliveries and other hands-on catering duties as required. Lead event teams when needed (experience preferred).
  • Administration: Manage office stock and perform general office administration. Handle data entry for our back-office voucher system and assist with the compilation of reports.
  • Customer Service & Relationships: Manage a high volume of phone and email inquiries for group bookings. Maintain strong relationships with clients and hospital staff. Assist with Zouki app queries and provide troubleshooting support.
  • Team Support: Work closely with the management team and assist with their day-to-day tasks. Provide instructions to kitchen and delivery staff to ensure a high standard of catering is delivered on time. After-hours work may be required on occasion.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has a background in customer service and hospitality, with previous experience in a responsible administrative role. You should have a proven working knowledge of food safety practices and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

We’re looking for someone who has an approachable, “can-do” attitude and a hands-on approach where nothing is a problem. You must be highly organized, possess excellent time management skills, and be a great communicator, both orally and in writing.
