Cafe Staff – ACT

About the role

We are looking for passionate experienced Cafe Staff (F & B Attendants, Baristas, Supervisors and Managers) to join the Zouki Group team at our busy cafes located in Garran, Deakin and Bruce where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

What you’ll be doing

• Greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly and professional manner
• Serving a range of hot and cold beverages, pastries and cakes and hot meals
• Ensuring the cafe is kept clean, tidy and well-stocked at all times
• Handling cash and processing payments accurately
• Assisting the team with any other tasks as required to ensure the smooth running of the cafe

What we’re looking for

• Food & Beverage Attendants, Baristas, Cafe Supervisors and Cafe Managers who have previous experience working in a cafe or restaurant environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure
