A Taste of Vietnam at Forest Kitchen Café
On Thursday 19th March, Forest Kitchen Café came alive with the vibrant flavours and energy of Vietnam. Our Vietnamese Day was all about bringing something a little different to the table—fresh, fragrant, and full of heart.
From steaming bowls of pho to crispy bánh mì and comforting bò kho, the menu was packed with authentic favourites that offered something for everyone. Guests also enjoyed dishes like lemongrass chicken and mushrooms & tofu, each bursting with bold, aromatic flavours.
Of course, no Vietnamese spread is complete without something sweet—our chè and matcha cheesecake were the perfect way to finish.
It was a day filled with incredible food, happy faces, and a shared appreciation for the rich flavours of Vietnamese cuisine.
