Yes, there are limits when you load funds onto your Zouki Loyalty Card. You can top up with a minimum of $10 and a maximum of $1000 at any one time.

No, it’s completely free to sign up. You have the option to top-up your smartcard with credit to use at our participating cafes if you wish.

At the moment, the easiest way to check your Zouki Loyalty Card balance is by asking our friendly team in-store when you make a purchase.

However, we have some exciting news! We’re launching our Zouki App in 2025, and one of its great features will be the ability to easily check your current balance and view your transaction history. So, stay tuned for the app launch!

If your card has a balance, it’s crucial to contact us right away at info@zouki.com.au or call us on 03 9320 9666. We can then suspend your old card and issue you a new one. Please note that we can’t be held responsible for any credit lost if your card is stolen.

If your lost card doesn’t have any credit on it, simply get in touch with us at any of our stores or via email at info@zouki.com.au and we’ll be happy to provide you with a new card.

Currently, gift cards are only valid for in-store purchases and cannot be used online or for catering services.
