Camberwell RMH Home Lottery – Supporting a great cause
On August 6th, we had the pleasure of catering for a select group of guests viewing the breath-taking RMH Home Lottery prize home in Camberwell.
For this exclusive viewing, we created a beautifully presented selection of gourmet bites designed to complement the stunning surroundings and provide guests with something delicious to enjoy as they explored the home.
Our Chef’s Special Grazing featured a generous selection of artisan cheeses, premium meats, freshly baked breads, dips, seasonal fruits and nuts, creating a centrepiece that was as impressive as it was delicious.
Guests were also treated to an assortment of petit fours and mini tarts, alongside a selection of savoury canapés and substantial bites, including:
- Classic Carbonara Vol-au-Vent – scorched prosciutto, basil & parmesan
- Miso Tofu Taco – spiced pumpkin, edamame & creamy coconut (VGN)
- Katsu Chicken Slider – kale slaw, chipotle mayo & brioche bun
From elegant grazing to individually crafted canapés, every element was prepared and presented with care to create a memorable catering experience for the evening.
We were incredibly proud to be part of this special RMH Home Lottery event and to contribute our catering to an initiative that helps support the vital work of The Royal Melbourne Hospital.
