Our serving portion sizes are designed to ensure your guests are well-catered for. Our share platters are intended as side dishes, with regular platters comfortably serving 10-15 people and large platters feeding 15-20. For finger food events, we recommend approximately 6-8 pieces per person for a substantial lunch. If you’re opting for sandwiches, we suggest around 6 points per person for a lunch serving, which equates to about 1 1/2 rounds of sandwiches. To simplify your selection and guarantee ideal portions, we offer a variety of package options on our catering menu. Additionally, when you place your order, we’re happy to provide guidance and advice if we believe your quantities might be too much or too little. Zouki aims to minimise food wastage by holding small par levels of stock at site level and ordering fresh daily. All Zouki sites have minimum storage capacity allowing on average 90% of perishable ingredients to be consumed quickly and efficiently by forecasting our 4-week rotation menu that automatically manages the ordering requirements and capacities of food stuffs required to produce daily.
