Zouki aims to minimise food wastage by holding small par levels of stock at site level and ordering fresh daily. All Zouki sites have minimum storage capacity allowing on average 90% of perishable ingredients to be consumed quickly and efficiently by forecasting our 4-week rotation menu that automatically manages the ordering requirements and capacities of food stuffs required to produce daily.

Regrettably, we are unable to deliver food directly to patients in the wards due to hospital policy. However, you are welcome to visit our cafes and take items back to your ward yourself. Alternatively, some volunteer services within the hospital may provide further assistance, depending on the specific hospital’s policies.
